DREA BRAND want you to love your jewelry purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a return process 14 days of receiving your order.
Here are details of our return policy:
Returns Eligibility:
• Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry may not be eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Initiating a Return:

• Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
Return Options:
• We offer store credit for the full purchase amount, which can be used towards future purchases on our website.
• Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds at ANY time.
Return Shipping:
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the jewelry is damaged or there was an error in your order.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received by us.
Processing Time:
• Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 3 business days for us to inspect and confirm your return.
Exchanges:
• If you are elegible for a return and wish to exchange your jewelry for a different item, please let us know when initiating the return, and we will assist you in finding a suitable replacement.
Damaged or Defective Items:
• If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
